DROP IN POLICY
1. Let us know ahead of time
It’s pretty simple. Just submit the form above to send us an email letting us know when (date & time) to expect come in! Current class times Monday to Friday are, 5:30am, 6:30am 5:30pm & 6:30pm.
2. Fees
Drop in fee is $30 per class. Looking to visit more than once? We are happy to set you up with 1 week of unlimited drop ins for $75.
3. Be on time
We get a lot done in an hour- we start on time, and almost always take the full hour for the class. Please show up at least 10-15 minutes early to introduce yourself to the coach and fill out any remaining (waivers) documents.
4. Programming & Open gym
We require that you follow the written program for our gym during CLASS times. Specific OPEN GYM times are set aside for athletes to work on a skill, lift something heavy, or make up a WOD they may have missed. During OPEN GYM time, you may follow your own programming.
5. Kids in workout area
We love kids at MFCF and know it’s important for them to see their parents leading active lives. We also want to keep kids & everyone else in our box safe. This is why kids need to stay inside the kid corral, and should not be in the workout area unless it is a kids specific class. We just can’t run the risk of having the kids or our athletes getting hurt.
6. Experience
Ideally, we require a minimum of 3 months CrossFit specific experience to drop in. If you are BRAND NEW to CrossFit, enrolling in our On-Ramp session is most appropriate course of action.
