Classic CrossFit! Caring coaches. The effort made to ensure your movements are correct and Drew’s keen eye will keep you safe and get you on you way to bionic in no time at all. Great people and a welcoming community.

Great Gym. The owner is amazing and the trainers work at your pace while being very motivational. Be prepared to sweat

The man is a genius and gifted trainer. He knows what to teach and how to teach it. He knows how to help you improve and pushes you to do so. I can’t speak highly enough about coach Jones.

I started working out at More Fire CrossFit to prepare myself for the Tough Mudder obstacle course. I always thought of myself as being in good shape. Andrew has helped me reach a significantly higher level of fitness. He’s a great motivator, and has educated me on the mechanics of many of the exercises. I think I will be doing CrossFit for the rest of my life.

Feel the burn!! This is a gym where you can definitely be pushed to the next level. The trainers pay careful attention to your goals, they are also great at scaling up or down work outs to maximize safety and ensure you get the most out of your time and effort. This is the gym for people who want results and are ready to work for it, and have fun at the same time. 10/10 would recommend!

Great environment, truly a family atmosphere. Andrew has an in-depth knowledge of fitness and sports medicine. In addition to rehabilitation from a painful knee injury from marathon training, I’ve also become fitter than ever overall. I’d recommend anyone to come join.

I have worked out for years and trained in and around a lot of gyms. More Fire CrossFit is by far my best experience and I have made more progress in 3 years here than I have in the past 10-15 years of training. I have lost over 50 pounds since I started in 2016 and kept it off. Thanks to the unbeatable coaching I can do things I would not ever dreamed I could do. Like handstand walking, muscle ups, double-unders, and kept raw strength. I have made friends along the way and More Fire has become my second family. The community, excellent coaching and dedication from Andrew and all the members is superb. I love coaching and training at More Fire.

“Man when I first started here, I was all gummed up (meaning I had little to no ability to move into any workout positions). Well now I can touch not only my toes but I can touch the floor!! Knees straight and all!! For the first time in 4 years!!! This guy has opened my eyes to brand new possibilities! I now have more stamina I’m more flexible and he pushes me to get to and PASS my goals! It’s amazing what has transpired in the little time that I have been here. I can’t wait to see what is to come!”

Tough trainer even with family, but awesome! He can take a simple routine and give you a full exhausting workout. He challenges you to challenge yourself and knows how to cater to all body types. And these are exercises he does himself. He occasionally does the workout with you so you know it can be done! Also coaches you on what to eat depending on what your goals are.

I’ve worked with a lot of trainers through my football career. Coach Jones is by far the most talented.

At More Fire I felt less of a gym aspect and more of a family aspect. All coaches are invested in you in all aspects of your life even outside of working out, and will do anything possible to help you reach your goals and hold you accountable.
