on-ramp: intro course

If you would describe yourself as any of the following, then the On-Ramp Program is right for you, and you MUST COMPLETE THE ON-RAMP before joining in normal classes:

-You are starting your first fitness program.
-You are just starting a fitness program after a long period of inactivity.
-You exercise regularly, but have no previous CrossFit Experience.
-You have previous CrossFit Experience, but have taken at least 6 months off.
-You CrossFit on your own regularly, but you do so without a coach.
-You want to gain a thorough understanding of CrossFit fundamentals

More Fire's On-Ramp program covers 9 foundational movements, including squats, presses and deadlifts. All done with or without weights.

how do i begin the on-ramp

The first on-ramp session involves performing a 1-on-1 functional movement screening, followed by a brief workout. During the following 4 sessions, you will workout 1-on-1 with a coach, learning the techniques of the 9 foundational exercises in CrossFit – the air squat, front squat, overhead squat, shoulder press, push press, push jerk, deadlift, sumo deadlift, and medicine ball clean.  At least one of the four sessions will have you joining the regular group class, at which point you will get a sample of what group sessions have to offer. The On-Ramp Program can last from 1 to 2 weeks depending on your availability and level of fitness. Please contact us to schedule your initial On-Ramp Class!

when is on-ramp scheduled

Our On-Ramp classes are offered on an individual basis Monday to Friday by appointment only. Please contact us at the gym after your initial intro class for more information.

how much does it cost

The 4 sessions On-Ramp course cost $150 and there is no commitment beyond the completion of the course. Once the on-ramp is completed the remainder of that calendar month is no extra charge for unlimited group class training.
